Services We Provide

How It Works

Feel free to contact us with any questions or queries you may have and we will be happy to assist. We cater for individuals as well as groups and teams, tailoring to the needs of everyone. After the onboarding process, we design a tailor made 6 Week Program specifically tailored around everything you have provided and discussed with us. During the 6 Week Program you will have weekly check ins where everything from the previous week is reviewed and revised and adjusted if required, for the upcoming week. You will have 24/7 access throughout the program via email and WhatsApp to ensure you achieve your optimum potential through the process.

Step One- Sign Up

Fantastic! You have made the first step to a new and improved mental and physical you. Upon making the decision to have a tailor made 6 Week Program designed specifically for you by Olympian Fitness, we begin with the onboarding process. This includes completing a detailed questionnaire and providing us with all the unique information we need to design and tailor your very own personal training program. Your program is 100% tailored around you and what facilities you have at your disposal. No gym? Not a problem there are multiple alternatives to help you reach your goals.

Step Two- Program Design

After completion of Step One,  we then go away and review and analyse everything you have provided us with. Within One Week we provide you with your very own tailor made fitness program. We may be in contact with you throughout this stage to ask further questions and query certain elements of the program throughout its design. This ensures we begin with the best possible start to the 6 Week Program.

Step Three- 6 Week Program

Your program begins on receipt of your personalised program. This is now your starting point for everything you need to do for the upcoming week in relation to fitness and diet. We are available 24/7 throughout the program to answer any questions or to advise on any changes that may need to be implemented for whatever reasons. You will have weekly check ins throughout the 6 Week Program, where you will be required to complete a weekly check in form which allows us to monitor and analyse your progress. From this we can then tweak and change the program as necessary week by week, until completion.

Who Can Do This?

The simple answer is, this is for everyone and anyone, anywhere in the world, as this is done completely remote and at your convenience. Individuals who may find themselves in a fitness hole, overweight and looking to get back in shape. Someone training for an upcoming event such as a marathon, triathlon or charity hike. Sports Teams looking for team training plans or indeed individuals looking for specific plans based on medical needs or advice. At Olympian Fitness we cater for the needs of all.

Pricing

The price for an individual tailor made personalised 6 Week Training and Diet Program is €350 or the current currency equivalent at the time of registering. This is paid in full at the time of registration via bank transfer. Invoice and Receipts will be provided. For team specific training programs, please contact us directly for a tailor made package based on your specific requirements.
